Founded in 2007, Dazzling Engineering Sdn Bhd (DESB) began as a specialist in electrical works and has since evolved into a full-spectrum, G7-certified engineering company trusted by Malaysia's leading developers, contractors, and government agencies.
Today, DESB delivers integrated electrical, mechanical, and civil infrastructure projects across both public and private sectors, registered with CIDB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), and the Ministry of Finance (MOF). Over nearly two decades, I have led this company from a specialist electrical contractor into a multi-disciplinary engineering company. That growth has been deliberate, built on the foundation of trust we have earned project by project, and guided by a commitment to precision, safety, and accountability that has never wavered.

Mr. Bernard obtained his Degree in Electrical Engineering and has more than 18 years of working experience in this field.
Nic Lim Lay Hor

Mr. Nic Lim obtained his LL.B(Hons.) and was called to the bar at Middle Temple, London in 1997. He has over 28 years of experience working in private practice, MNC, listed companies, diversified private companies and Government Department, both locally and abroad.
John Choo Cheah Sing
Project General Manager
Mr. John holds a Bachelor of Science in
Electrical and Computer Engineering and is certified by Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia
(BEM & IEM, 1997). He has over 25 years of experience in electrical project management, procurement, and system operations.
